Are your machines mobile or stationary? And can they be easily transported?
Our machines are mobile and modular in design – many models can be transported by car or truck with a trailer. We also offer solutions for permanent installation for stationary applications.
Do you need special training or instruction to commission your machines?
Formal training is not required – each machine comes with clear, illustrated instructions, and we offer a brief training session. Additionally, a QR code is attached to the machine for convenient access to the operating manual. On-site support is also available upon request.
What about spare parts and maintenance – are the components standardized or specialized?
Most parts are standardized and available at short notice. We consciously choose standard components to make maintenance and spare parts supply as easy as possible.
Is there an opportunity to see or test a machine in action before purchasing it?
Yes, we offer demonstrations at our premises or at existing customers' locations. Alternatively, we are happy to send video footage or arrange an on-site appointment with a sales partner.
