Which drum variants do you offer for SD COMPACT?
We can currently offer you six different drum variants for the SD Compact, namely: a segmented drum with screen mesh sides, a segmented drum with perforated plates, a solid drum with and without spirals, a double-hole drum and a hexagonal drum with interchangeable sides.
Can the SD COMPACT be combined or expanded with additional modules?
Yes, the SD COMPACT has a modular design and can be flexibly expanded. For example, it can easily be combined with a hopper for a consistent material feed and a drum extension for more screening area. These modules are easy to install and make the machine even more powerful – depending on the application.
What type of drive does the SD Compact have?
As with all our machines, we can only offer an electric motor drive.
Is there an opportunity to see or test a machine in action before purchasing it?
Yes, we offer demonstrations at our premises or at existing customers' locations. Alternatively, we are happy to send video footage or arrange an on-site appointment with a sales partner.

ASCO SD Compact – screening drum with innovative technology and maximum flexibility
The ASCO SD Compact is a high-performance, semi-mobile screening drum from ASCO Technology , distinguished by its modular design, high flexibility, and innovative features. With variable drum control , adjustable rotational speed , and interchangeable screening technology, the machine is ideal for a wide range of material processing applications.
Thanks to vibration support , a cleaning brush , and a modular guide plate concept, the SD Compact offers particularly efficient screening performance. The screening drum allows the use of different perforation patterns within a single drum segment , thus enabling precise screening of up to four fractions – unique in this machine class.
A particular highlight is the optional bunker extension , which increases capacity by up to 50% . The machine also features a variable base concept and adjustable screen inclination , making it optimally adaptable to different operating locations.
With features such as the free-running mode , the quick bunker change (in just 2–3 hours) and the drum extension for increasing the surface area, the ASCO SD Compact screen drum is one of the most versatile solutions on the market – robust, compact and future-oriented.
