The Grizzly Medi screening system is ideal for pre-sorting coarse and heavy materials such as construction rubble, concrete blocks, stones, or large pieces of wood. It can reliably separate oversize particles before the actual screening process—perfect for demanding applications.
How big is the Grizzly Medi screening plant and how much space is required to operate the screening plant?
The Grizzly Screen Medi measures 2,98 m long, 3,97 m wide, and 3,00 m high. This makes it a medium-sized pre-screening system – compact enough for mobile use, yet powerful. For safe and efficient operation, an area of approximately 25 m² should be planned, including work space for material feed and discharge.
I would like to process construction rubble/mixed rock with your Grizzly Medi screening plant. What is the throughput in m³/h – with and without springs?
The throughput naturally depends on the material density. For general construction waste or mixed rock with a typical density of 2,4 to 2,6 t/m³, the following conversion results:
– With springs: approx. 35 m³/h
– Without springs: approx. 31 m³/h
